The new apartment building in Chalkida is a modern architectural composition characterized by its distinctive white volumes and balconies, which are organized in one, two, or three-floor segments surrounding the building’s core. The design begins with a welcoming entrance at the base, leading to the middle section that houses five apartments. At the top, a three-storey apartment enjoys panoramic sea views, serving as the crowning element of the structure. The building’s vertical blinds serve a dual purpose: they shield the bedrooms from excessive sunlight while also enhancing the visual appeal of the floating volumes from the exterior, creating a striking and dynamic facade. This combination of form and function not only offers comfort and privacy to the residents but also ensures that the building makes a strong architectural statement in its coastal setting.
