The new apartment building in Chalkida is organized around a composition of white volumes and balconies, arranged in one-, two- and three-storey segments around the building’s central core.

At the base of the building, the entrance is articulated, while the middle section accommodates the apartments with outdoor spaces that take advantage of the views and natural light. At the top, a three-storey apartment with panoramic sea views completes the composition.

The vertical shading elements function both as solar protection and as an architectural enclosure for the balconies. They protect the bedrooms from intense sunlight while emphasizing the independence of the individual volumes and enhancing the plasticity of the façade.
